These terms apply when you use philippinesmadeeasy.com or buy one of our e-books. By buying, you agree to them.

Who sells the books

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io). Creem handles payment, invoicing and sales tax or VAT, so your card statement shows CREEM.IO. Creem's own checkout terms also apply to your purchase.

What you get

Each book is a digital PDF. After payment you receive a download link by email. Prices are shown in US dollars on the website and may change; the price at checkout is the one you pay. Payment is one-time; nothing renews.

Licence

You may read, download and print the books for your own personal use. You may not resell, share, upload or publish them, in whole or in part.

Educational content only

The books share research and general information. They are not legal, immigration, tax, financial or medical advice. Rules in the Philippines change; always check with the official source or a qualified professional before acting. We do not sell tours, visas or property, and we do not offer introductions or matchmaking.

Refunds and delivery guarantee

The books are instant digital downloads. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery, and all sales are final: we do not offer refunds. If your download does not arrive, your link does not work or you were charged twice, email support@philippinesmadeeasy.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will send your books again or fix the charge. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Liability

We work hard to keep the content accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
